• Must be able to technically guide the team of PHP developers (Mandatory)
• Good understanding of other web technologies like – JavaScript, HTML, CSS and Dot Net

Special Remarks:
Should possess technical leadership and management skills
• Should be able to perform onsite and offshore coordination on regular basis
• Responsible for implementation of offshore review process, checklist and other quality guidelines set for the project
