- B.E/B.Tech/ in computer Science with 1-5 years of programming experience
- Strong foundation in Algorithms and Data Structures http://www.ChetanaS.org
- Strong foundation in C, C++/java, Unix/Linux, HTML/XML and scripting
- Solid track record in delivering successful web applications through the product lifecycle
- Experience in extreme programming (XP) development and internal system will be a plus
