Job Description :- In Hexaware we are looking forward to move HR outside its traditional frame as a business supporting function into a business driving role- framing and solving key business challenges through a professional understanding of people impact, process excellence and strategic organizational development. To enable this we are looking for Management Trainees. The responsibility of MT's will include redefining a whole gamut of HR policies and practices. S/He will be dealing with different functions of HR like Employee Induction, Compensation and Benefits administration, Performance Management, Training and Development for working on various new initiatives. Desired ProfilePassouts of 2007 candidates appearing / appeared for the final exams may also apply.Candidate should be highly innovative, proactive, flexible, organized and discreet with a positive work attitude. He should have a creative approach to problems in HR realm. He should be smart enough to come up with new ideas and activities for the betterment of the Company.We are looking for some one who has a brilliant academic background, superior attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
