6+ years of experience including analysis, design, coding and implementation, most of which with large scale OO applications.
1+ years of Project Management experience on custom-designed, full life-cycle application development projects.
Exceptional Consulting, presentations, project planning and client management skills.
Experience in application (package) or system deployment, including implementation and enhancements is a plus.
Experience in either XP or RUP with broad technical knowledge of OOAD, application/ system architecture, application Integration, relational databases, and object oriented languages
Utilize XP/RUP to manage full life-cycle development .NET projects.
Manage team dynamics, delivering coaching and getting feedback.
Leverage understanding of client business needs to deliver the best possible solutions.
Assess client needs for additional services and develop opportunities.
