                                  Break the requirements down into tasks and assign that to team
                                  Delegate maintenance tasks and defects to team
                                  Estimate efforts and plan resource occupancy
                                  Design and architect solution for any new requirement
                                  Understand the functional and technical architecture of the solution
                                  Ensure the integrity and consistency of solution architecture across any changes performed by the team
                                  Perform code review and test coverage for code units delivered by the team
                                  Manage the project activities and team.
