Interview Process

Candidates with 1- 4 years of Experience

  • You will undertake a 30 mins pen and pencil technical test based on your comfort with the relevant technology (Java or Oracle) The technical test does not have any Negative Marking
  • For Test-Rejects, you will not be put through any further process, however as part of the company policy you can reapply after 6 months
  • All those who are Test-Selects would be put to the Technical panel for a detailed technical interview.
  • All those who clear technical interview would be put through another Techno-Functional evaluation with the Senior Project Manager and HR team
  • Upon clearing the technical test and all 3 rounds of interview you would be selected for the offer process

Candidates with 4+ years of Experience

  • You would be put to the Technical panel for a detailed technical interview.
  • All those who clear technical interview would be put through another Techno-Functional evaluation with the Senior Project Manager and HR team
  • Upon clearing all 3 rounds of interview you would be selected for the offer process

Guidelines for the Interview

  • You need to be present at the venue dressed formally
  • You need to carry one passport size photograph along with an updated copy of your resume
  • You need to carry an Annual Salary statement as proof of your CTC
  • You would be expected to be present for the event the entire day as you would go through multiple rounds of interviews.

Criteria for Selection

  • Candidates should have NO gap in experience or education
  • Candidates should have Excellent academic record
  • Candidates should have excellent Written and Oral Communication and Presentation Skills
  • Candidates should be willing to relocate to Mumbai
  • Candidates should be willing to travel abroad for short-long term projects


Tips for the Technical Test and Technical Interview


Oracle

  • You should have extensive hands-on experience on Oracle PLSQL – using functions /procedures/ triggers. You should possess basic knowledge of performance tuning and database configuration parameters
  • Application development experience in one / more projects using VB/VC++/ JSP / XML.


Java

  • Core Java, J2EE, EJB 2.0, Websphere Application Server, MQ Series
  • Experience in PL / SQL programming using Oracle

. VB/SQL

· Having hands on exposure in VB programming.

· Exposure in SQL Server

· Experience in COM/DCOM is an added advantage.
